    Pullorum disease or Fowl Thyphoid ,is also known as Hatchery to farm disease which can be transmitted Laterally from litter or Vertically from parents can be detected from the flocks of chicks between 1st-2nd weeks of age through the under listed ways.

    *Clinically or by painstakingly looking for clinical signs such as paste yellowish vent, ruffling of feathers, huddling of chicks,loss of appetite and dropping of wings

    *Post mortem Examination include

    *Presence of yellowish diarrhea in the small and large intestines, necrotic liver or white cathetic spots lesion in liver,

    *Laboratory diagnosis by taking blood samples to detect or confirm presence of Salmonella thyphii (bacteria) .

    Antibiotics sensitivity test can also be carried out
