Most of the formulated feed theoretically have well balanced nutrients in its composition. However small problems in the mill can change the nutrient composition. Hence regular Quality check and maintenance is required.

I have posted the question again in another discussion group as there is glitch from website.

Phytochemicals in animal feed can positively impact animal health, productivity, and meat quality. They can improve feed intake, nutrient digestion and absorption, and potentially enhance growth performance and carcass characteristics. Additionally, they may act as alternatives to antibiotics by boosting immunity, reducing inflammation, and improving antioxidant status.

Besides heat stress, sudden death in broiler chickens can be caused by Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS), also known as Acute Death Syndrome or “flip-over disease”. Other contributing factors include nutritional imbalances, environmental stress (e.g., poor ventilation, overcrowding), and genetic predisposition.

Balancing nutrient density and feed costs during high raw material prices involves optimizing feed formulation to meet nutritional needs while minimizing expenses. Low-protein diets supplemented with amino acids can be economically viable in the Indian poultry industry, but success depends on careful formulation and management.

For rapid testing of aflatoxins and deoxynivalenol (DON) in feed ingredients at a feedmill, lateral flow immunoassays (including lateral flow devices or immunochromatographic strips) and ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) are the most reliable and widely used methods. These techniques offer a balance of speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, making them suitable for on-site testing at feedmills.
