I would like ask at what age we are discussing Male management?

At different ages different male management needed according to age.

But we need to focus on male management 10 time more than female because if one female gives 150 chicks 1 male gives 1500 chicks.

Yes after achieving peak production for consecutive 2-4 weeks we start decreasing feed.it is related with body weight and egg weight also.in production we can decrease feed 8-10 % of the feed.
