The Soy Excellence Center is a program offered by the U.S. Soybean Export Council (“USSEC”), and accordingly, the USSEC is the data controller that processes Soy Excellence Center data. When we refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, we are referring to USSEC.
Where you provide Personal Information to us on behalf of another individual or individuals (for example, on behalf of an organization when providing employee details), in doing so, you are confirming that: (a) you are authorized by each such individual to disclose such Personal Information to us for the purposes detailed herein; and (b) you have explained, provided notice and provided copies of this Privacy Notice to all data subjects on whose behalf you are providing information.

The Site may contain embedded content or links to websites operated by third parties whose information handling practices are different from USSEC’s.
