Varying weather conditions can greatly impact the operation and efficiency of storage silos. High humidity and temperatures can lead to increased moisture levels in grains, promoting mold and insect infestations, which jeopardize quality. Additionally, extreme weather can cause structural issues like ratholing and bridging, disrupting the flow of materials. To combat these challenges, operators often need to adjust their strategies, such as enhancing insulation and cooling systems or increasing monitoring of moisture levels. Overall, effective management of these environmental factors is crucial to maintaining the integrity of the stored products.

Mother nature (Temperature, relative humidity & air velocity) very time to time & increase the hot sports inside of silo. And increase the insect infestation, precipitation.
