    but there are lot of chances for alternative feed ingredents according to market conditions farmers and feed millers need to search and implement the alternative ingredents

      Making more research on alternatives feeds and also putting into consideration the fragile nature of birds to diseases and outbreaks.

    Poultry producers in Nigeria are grappling with a host of challenges that threaten the viability of their operations. These challenges include soaring production costs driven by the reliance on expensive (and sometimes) imported feed ingredients, insecurity and high energy expenses. Insecurity is a big problem.
