Prepare solution</div><div>In a well-ventilated area, mix 3.25 fl oz of Oxine concentrate with 10 grams of citric acid crystals that are at least 99% pure in a clean plastic pail. Stir and let it sit for about five minutes to activate. Then, add one gallon of clean water. </div>
