    Me parece muy interesante el análisis. Yo agregaría que mejorar el contenido de sólidos no solo depende de genética y nutrición, sino también de la salud y el confort de la vaca. Una dieta con fibra efectiva y buen balance proteína-energía ayuda a evitar acidosis ruminal y depresión de grasa en leche, mientras que la proteína metabolizable suficiente sostiene los niveles de proteína. Además, el monitoreo de las relaciones proteína/grasa en leche es una herramienta práctica para ajustar la dieta a tiempo. En la práctica, pequeños ajustes en alimentación y manejo pueden traducirse en más sólidos, mejor calidad de leche y mayor rentabilidad.

    Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con la importancia del manejo de la vaca seca. Es clave verla como una inversión y no como un gasto, ya que en estas semanas se define gran parte del éxito reproductivo y productivo de la vaca. Dividir la etapa en vaca seca lejana y cercana permite ajustar la dieta a cada momento, previniendo obesidad, fiebre de la leche y desplazamientos de abomaso. Además, asegurar un correcto balance de energía, fibra y minerales fortalece el sistema inmune y se traduce en vacas más longevas y con mejor persistencia en la lactancia
