for mash line :it just change of sieve or screen and this should not take morethan 2-1minute under normal condition.

for fish line :prepare the next batching before the present one got exhausted if its different size.
once you shutdown and during the process of cleaning,without timing out the line for those using PLC,start of the new product.(i.e)using the existing code START grinding the next new batch or product,while the cleaning of extruder is going ON,
before you finish cleaning the hopper/bin above extruder should have grind for you to start new feed,and other process line will have been empty.
TIME OUT/clean out line like cooler and start another feed.
