Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to the ethical responsibility of companies to operate in ways that are socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable beyond just making the profits out of investments and operations.
In relation to aquaculture – fish and shrimp farming it includes,
    1. Environmental responsibility: Ensuring farming practices does not harm ecosystem
    2. Social responsibility: Supporting local communities directly & indirectly
    3. Economic responsibility: Contributing to rural development
    4. Health and Safety responsibility: Producing safe fish / shrimp for end consumers
More to be added up further, please participate and add on based on your experience and knowledge or else generate more queries so I can answer specifically.

A very important aspect of culture is BIOSECURITY
    Important aspects of Biosecurity includes,
    1. Site & Water Management
    2. Seed and stock quality
    3. Pond and culture facility preparation
    4. Movement control
    5. Feed & Input management
    6. Health & Disease monitoring
    7. Waste & Dead stock disposal
    8. Record keeping & traceability
Each on these aspects having its expansion with many aspects in it, which I am leaving open for discussion and sharing on board by you professionals.
In short, biosecurity is a preventive shield – it’s success depends on prevention, exclusion & continuous monitoring rather than treatment after disease occurs. It’s pro environment and pro aquaculture & industry all together.

Other strategies include implementing vaccination programs, quarantining new birds, providing a balanced diet to support immune health, minimizing stress from overcrowding or environmental changes, and ensuring clean bedding and litter that are free from dust, ammonia, and moisture. To prevent respiratory infections in chickens, maintain excellent biosecurity, ensuring clean facilities, proper ventilation, and controlled access to your flock to prevent the introduction of pathogens. Soft-shelled eggs are typically caused by a lack of essential nutrients, especially calcium, and sometimes vitamin D which aids calcium absorption, but also by environmental stressors like heat or stress, and underlying health issues such as infections or parasites
